We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a new fire alarm installation at Southampton Golf Club, delivered through close collaboration with Southampton City Council and their specialist consulting engineers, Salvis.
The project required a carefully considered approach to ensure the appropriate level of fire protection was provided across the entire site, including the clubhouse, restaurant, meeting rooms, pro shop, and accommodation areas. In addition to meeting the technical and compliance requirements, the works also involved the careful navigation of known asbestos areas throughout the premises.
By developing a hybrid fire alarm system design, we were able to meet both the detailed specification and the project budget, without compromising safety or compliance. To support the works safely and professionally, we engaged RHI to carry out the asbestos-related elements of the project. Their team were excellent throughout. Thorough, professional, and highly organised.
The end result is a fully compliant fire alarm system, delivered within agreed timeframes and budget, giving Southampton Golf Club the confidence that their premises are protected in line with the latest industry standards and best practice.
