We have designated ‘on call’ engineers who are responsible for attending and system fault or breakdown. If you call through to our office, they will assess the urgency of the issue and will respond accordingly with an engineer attendance. For example, we would aim to respond to a fire alarm fault within a maximum of 4 hours.
No, it uses an industry dedicated radio frequency of 868MHz which is separate from your building wi-fi so therefore will not interfere.
