Description
Chase Hospital in Bordon is a medical practice that is used by thousands of patients within the local area.
They specialise in physiotherapy, baby and children’s clinics, podiatry, speech and language therapy, sexual health, adult and older people’s mental health, counselling and screening services provided by a range of other healthcare providers including Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Solent NHS Trust.
To improve their security in and around the hospital NHS Southern contacted Fusion to install and new proximity bases access control system to the external entrances and internal wings of the hospital.
The result is a system that allows ‘hands free’ access control to the staff members and ensures that the patients and public can only enter the specific areas they require opposed to previously where they would be able to access anywhere within the hospital
